XERXES Double Wall Tank Family

Xerxes produces fiberglass and steel double-wall tanks for underground storage in many applications. Using publicly available cut-sheets, I created a series of BIM families in Revit that represent these tanks at a high level of detail. The family includes a nested tank body with parametric controls and family types for each of the standard sizes Xerxes offers. In addition, the sump, collar, and anchoring systems were created. The model allows for any custom configuration of a Xerxes tank to be easily represented with several parameter adjustments. NUPI fittings were added to the Sump family to allow for interfacing with plumbing and pipe systems in Revit.
